ShopKAT software system presentation at the Belgrade fair

In the scope of the exhibiting of our partner named Shopgroup company, at  the 49th International Auto Show at the Belgrade fair, 30.03.2011. in the Great Hall at 2 p.m., the presentation of the software system ShopKAT developed by our team will be held.

The representatives of QUANTUM-AutoMARKET are going to present to visitors, users of ShopKAT system, the advanced functionalities they can use in everyday work, and which can help them in more precise and faster search of Shopgroup assortment.

Among other, it will be presented how the introduction of ShopKAT system, modern B2B platform which uses the advantages of web technologies and Internet in the field of products presentation and sale, and how it allows faster and easier cooperation of business entities.

ShopKAT system has processed and presented on the standardized way all articles from our user offer and enabled current offer update and its amendment with new articles. In the communication with buyers, ShopKAT  has brought significant advantages, fast and constant connection with all buyers, simple insight of buyers in the offer, detailed and actual information on products, their price, and availability, and the possibility of ordering articles 24 hours a day.

ShopKAT has enabled to Shopgroup automatization of the business processes on relation processing-updating-selling of products from his assortment, as well as automatization of buyers system management and advanced statistics of all sale activities. To employees, ShopKAT has become an indispensable and reliable collaborator in communication with buyers, work with orders and goods sale.

Also the future version of ShopKAT system will be presented to visitors, the version which is currently intensively being developed and the main novelty of which will be the integration with the software package of the German company named AuDaCon. AuDaCon is a software which provides information on replacement times and needed OE parts for vehicles servicing. This integration will provide users with the possibility to find all needed information for the vehicles servicing in ShopKAT, the information such as the time needed for the part replacement and which parts should be replaced, and also to create the order of these parts via ShopKAT. Everything will be done in one place, easily and quickly.

Our team will also present for the first time our new software solution, web application named Crossfire which is intended for pricelists comparing and cross-referenced list issues.

Crossfire application is intended for distributors and manufacturers in the automotive industry, as well as to all other traders who need to compare price lists of their suppliers. The application basic purpose is fast and automated pricelists comparing and receiving of the clear review of differences in price lists and export of results received to Excel file. In Excel file, divided by sheets, different compared information is received, like articles with the same price, further articles with reduced or increased price, and displaying of the processed differences in percentages.

To traders in the automotive industry, Crossfire enables comparing of the pricelists of the different suppliers, although there is no a direct link between their article numbers and OE numbers.  To manufacturers of spare parts, Crossfire allows creating of cross-reference list between their own products and popular brands on the market. As a result of comparing, the Excel file with a list of articles from both price lists or the list of article numbers/OE numbers are presented, which are in a cross-reference link, during which their cross reference numbers are displayed in one row.

The part of the presentation will be the contest for all the visitors, during which as a reward our team will share a promotional credit for Crossfire application using and copies of the new version of TecDoc DVD catalogs.
